Return/Exchange Policy

Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your bracelet.

We offer a 7-calendar days exchange or return policy. You will have 7 calendar days (starting from the day you receive the item) to apply for an exchange or return the product(s).
However, as we ship the products from Taiwan, you would be responsible for overseas shipping costs, and for all incurred delivery fees, VAT taxes and import surcharges for all exchanges and refunds. (Make sure to contact us before returning a bracelet, we will support you in trying to prevent these fees)

Please note that, because we sell custom-made products we are not obliged by law to refund. However, we want 100% satisfied customers that is why, we do offer the Return/Exchange Policy.
 
Exchange/Return Policy

We recommend shipping your return bracelet via an insured ‘signature required’ delivery method. Please send an email to support@azuro-republic.com regarding your refund/exchange, stating your order number.
For Return and Refund, we accept Azuro Republic bracelets with the original guarantee card and polishing clothes attached in the box and the bracelet(s) must not show any signs of usage. As soon as the package arrives here, we will issue a refund. Your refund will be credited to the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
